I’ve been writing and talking about ways to improve your pull for more than 5 years. In this video, I reference some of the content I’ve already published but I bring forward my most current knowledge on throwing and pulling in order to help you improve your pull.

There are 3 takeaways from this video:

  1. Get more spin on your throw when you pull (cock your wrist first and snap HARD when you release the disc)
  2. Pull diagonally so you minimize the chance of pulling a brick
  3. Pull with angles. The higher you throw, the more angle you will need to put on the disc.
