    Nice explanation Rob, especially good to mention the wrist needing to be bent. If people have a hard time grasping the exact feeling of that wrist, I usually tell them that it is like 'placing a plate on a high shelf' (without turning your hand around obviously :) ). People tend to be able to grasp that feeling easily.
